Insulating Alumina Hollow Ball Fire Brick
Bubble alumina brick is also named Alumina hollow brick, which is a new type of high temperature heat insulation material, it is made of industrial alumina in the electric furnace smelting blowing, crystal type a-Al2O3 micro crystal.
Alumina hollow ball with temperature up to 1750 degrees or more, good thermal stability. Alumina hollow spherical brick bulk density only 1.1~1.5g/cm weight burn line change rate is small, the use of more long-term.
It is mainly used as working linings or insulating linings for high temperature kilns in ceramic, electric porcelain, abrasive and refractories industries, the inner lining of silicon stell heating furnaces in metallurgical industry, the insulating lining of hydrogen generation furnace, gasifier in petrochemical industry, and insulating lining of hard alloy intermediate frequency induction furnace.
Application:It is maiinly used as the working lining of hydrogen generation furnace, gasifier and carbon black reaction furnace; insulating lining of intermediate frequency induction furnace; working lining of high temperature furnaces in refractory and ceramic industries, and inner lining of heating furnaces in metallurgy industry.
